We Just Knew
Our story started long before the food truck, back when we were just kids who instantly knew we'd be lifelong friends. Over the years, life tested that bond in ways most friendships never experience — we stood side-by-side through some of life's hardest moments, even across long-distance drives to bring each other home.
Our friendship became something unshakable, built on loyalty, trust, and always showing up when it mattered most. That same foundation carried into the restaurant world, where we worked together, learning, leading, and shaping our craft.
It didn't take long to realize we shared something rare: the same belief that food should mean more.
While they were comfortable following the script, we just knew they not like us.
We wanted to create something original and bold — something personal that actually meant something. This food truck is the result of that journey. Every sandwich is a reflection of who we are, and what we believe great food should be.
